Terms of Delivery
We outline the following system for delivering products or services:
1. DELIVERY METHOD
All completed projects and deliverables will be provided electronically via email, file-sharing platforms, or our client portal.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINE
The timeline for delivery will be agreed upon in advance and specified in the project contract.
3. REVISIONS
Any revisions or updates required post-delivery will be handled as per the terms of our service agreement.
Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and have outlined our refund process as follows:
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds are applicable if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables, or if there is a breach of the service agreement.
2. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [info@peppermint.id] within 7 days of project delivery.
3. CONDITION FOR REFUND
Refunds will not be issued for work that has already been completed and approved. If a project is canceled mid-development, refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the services, as detailed in the contract.
4. REFUND TIMELINE
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of approval.
